Project Description

Our new project located in Gazimagusa Gecitkale offers a unique location and a new lifestyle in the heart of nature.

Gecitkale reflects the texture of Cyprus with its rocky slopes, hills covered with olive groves, natural olive oil and halloumi cheese production facilities. It is almost an open-air museum with the Salamis ruins, St. Barbanos museum and many historical artifacts. It is a Cittaslow (calm city) town and represents this culture. It is the choice of those who love calmness and nature.

Our project consists of 24 blocks with 4 types of designs.

There are 12 stores and 652 apartments in total. It offers 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 apartments and 2+1, 3+1 penthouse options. The units are designed with high quality materials and modern household appliances to create a comfortable living space. It will be delivered in 2 stages and the deadline is August 2026.
