Organized by the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), the Türkiye-Saudi Arabia Business Forum was held in Istanbul on November 3, 2024, with the participation of Türkiye’s Minister of Trade Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Kassabi, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Ankara Fahad bin Assaad Abu Al-Nasr, DEİK President Nail Olpak, Vice President of the Federation of Saudi Chambers Fayez Alharbi, Chairman of the DEİK Türkiye-Saudi Arabia Business Council Haşim Süngü, Chairman of the Saudi-Turkiye Business Council Sami Al-Osaimi, and more than 500 Turkish and Saudi businesspeople.
Our Founder, Ümit Şarman, and our Middle East Representative, Bayram Ayaz, represented UND Global Construction Real Estate Tourism Ltd. at the forum. During the event, which was attended by approximately 500 participants from the Turkish and Saudi business communities, UND Global Real Estate met with sector representatives from Saudi Arabia in the construction and real estate fields to discuss the construction and real estate sectors in both Türkiye and Saudi Arabia.
It is anticipated that the Türkiye-Saudi Arabia Business Forum will significantly contribute to the trade volume between the two countries, which is expected to approach $15 billion in the coming years.
